How we handle website enquiries.
This short notice covers information sent through the employer and job-seeker forms on aldhanhani.com.
Information we receive
Employers may send a company name, country, work email, phone number and recruitment requirement. Job seekers may send a name, phone number and trade or field.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to the enquiry, assess a recruitment requirement, or contact a registered job seeker when a suitable employer requirement becomes available. Registration of interest is not a job offer.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to our office by email using Resend, our email delivery provider. We do not sell website enquiry details or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Inactive website enquiries are normally deleted within six months. If an enquiry becomes an active recruitment, placement, contractual or regulatory matter, the relevant records may be kept longer for operational, legal and SLBFE compliance purposes.
